VALMONT-MITAS POLES Inc. has an experience in the field of design and manufacturing of special poles for Ski Center facilities such as Cable Car, Baby Lift and Chair Lift. The design is made by specialist engineers by means of computer aided drafting. The pole shaft is produced as a single piece up to 12 m and slip joint method is used over 12 m height.
Manufacturing process can be performed up to 50 m height, 4000 mm pole diameter using Automated Submerged Arc Welding and Automated MIG/MAG Welding Machineries, LVD bending machinery being able to bend up to 20 mm plate thickness, Plasma cutting technology under water up to 35 mm and Oxy-cutting technology up to 100 mm plate thickness to cut.
All manufacturing processes are strictly controlled by MitaşPole’s highly trained, experienced and certified quality inspectors having Liquid Penetration, Magnetic, Ultrasonic and Radiographic NDT testing level II.
Options and Accessories :
-The poles are preferred polygonal or round conical section.
-The poles are hot dip galvanized and also can be painted over galvanizing coat for aesthetical appearance in different area.
